What Constitutes A Rental Period?
A Rental Period On Most Equipment Is A 24-Hour Day From The
Time the Equipment Is Picked Up. This Does Not Apply To Uniloaders, Backhoes,
Trucks, Moonwalks, Dunk Tanks, Popcorn Machines, Cotton Candy Machines & Snow
Cone Machines Due Back At Opening Of Next Business Day. A Minium Rental Rate
Only Applies During The Opening Hours Of Our Store.
Cleaning Charges
Cleaning Charges Applies To All Equipment. Please Return
Equipment Clean And In Good Working Order. Cleaning Charges Will Be Based
On Current Shop Labor Rates.
Damage Waiver
We Offer An Optional Damage Waiver On Most Of Our
Equipment. The Damage Waiver Is Not Insurance. As The Customer You Agree To Pay
10% Of The Total Rental, Even If No Claim Is Made. The Damage Waiver Covers
Accidental Damage Only. Damage Waiver Does Not Cover Glassware, China, Theft,
Loss, Or Negligence Of All Equipment.
Equipment Availability
We Can Not Guarantee The Availability Of All Equipment.
Please Call Our Store To See If An Item Is In Stock. Reservations May Be Made On
Some Equipment In Advance.
Reservations
You May Reserve Some Items In This Catalog. Reservations
Require A Full Payment of The Rental Fee In Advance. We Are Held Harmless If By
Chance That The Equipment That You Reserve Is Not Available For The Date That
You Reserved It for. A Reservation Requires A Full Payment of All Fees. Once A
Reservation Is Made, There Are No Cancellations On Any Reservations. If A
Customer Does By Chance Cancel A Reservation, All Deposits Will Be Lost.
Delivery & Pick Up
Delivery & Pick Up Is Available On Most Equipment. Please
Call For Delivery & Pick UP Charges. Delivery & Pick Up Charges Do Not Include
Setting Up Or Taking Down Any Of The Equipment. We Only Do TailGate Delivery And
TailGate Pick UP. Other Labor Charges Can Be Applied If Equipment Is Not Ready
For Pick Up.
Rental Deposits
Deposits Are Required On All Equipment. Deposits Can Be Paid By Cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card Or By Pre Approved Checks. Deposits On China, Glassware And Audio Visual Equipment Can Only Be Paid By Credit Card. It Can Take Up To Two Business Days To Refund A Deposit On Any Rental Order.

Installed Prices For Equipment Not Rented With An Installed Canopy Will Required A Delivery Charge. Other Equipment Can Be Delivered & Pick Up For A Small Additional Rate When Rented With Installed Equipment.
